Girl friends

So, I have been hearing a lot about people who have girl friends. I told mommy I'm too young for a girl friend, but my friend Isaac told me today he has a girlfriend. I was telling mommy about his girlfriend and she asked me "do you know what makes a girl friend?" I told her "yes, I do. It's when you special like them." She laughed at me and said, "yes, that would be right."

July is here and another tooth is gone!

So, the tooth fairy made her fourth trip to my house! I still have not been able to catcher her in the act! I have come up with the theory that she is invisible to us humans. In case we see her, she has rigged herself to be invisible to the human eye so she remains a mystery to all humans. But, this is just my theory. So, I'm loving the hole in my mouth. I heard mommy say she hopes my big teeth don't grow back in until after the Holidays. She wants to "have a toothless Tucker in his first grade school photo." I'm okay with that too....it's fun to stick Popsicles in my mouth, through the hole. I like how it feels on my gums. The funny thing about my tooth, it's been loose since May 7th. Both my front teeth were first discovered to be wiggly when I went to Dr. Sean's office (that's the bone doctor who takes care of all my broken arms.) Then I lost my first front tooth and this one remained loose and then would tighten up, loosen and tighten up......until July 5th. Mommy was driving me to Kooper's house for the day and I was biting on my glasses and bam!!!! My tooth was loose and ready to FALL out. Mommy pulled over in the Starbucks parking lot and I jumped up in the front seat for her to look at it. It was hanging by a thread she said. She got a kleenex and put her hand to the tooth and it FELL out!!! It was the easiest to loose, of the four lost teeth, by far!

Hide - n - Seek

I seem to love losing and/or misplacing things. I just don't seem to ever know where I put things....especially the really big, important and sometimes expensive things. Currently, my house is being turned upside down looking for the remote to the Apple t.v.! This is my favorite thing to watch and I've been without it for a few weeks now. I just have no idea where I last put it. I was sitting on the couch watching tv with my grandma while mommy was still at work. Grandma was not in the room, she was doing something in a different room. All of a sudden, I said "where is the remote?" Grandma came in to help me find it and we couldn't seem to locate the thing!!! So, for two weeks we are without the remote, which means no Apple TV. Mommy finally looked inside the couch and it wasn't even there. I think she thought that where it had been this whole time,and just wanted me to have time without the TV. So, when she finally decided to investigate the inside of the couch, she discovered it wasn't there. "It has to be inside this house," she said. So, we began taking things a part and putting them back together again. No luck! We still cannot find it. One of these days I'm sure it will show up, if mommy doesn't accidentally throw it away first(she likes throwing my toys away when I don't pick them up). So, there is nothing funny about this post, but I decided I wanted to write about this so when it does show up we will have record of how long we have been without it!!!

VBS

Vacation Bible school was soooo much fun. I loved having a place where I could go, have fun and talk about God. This has been something I got used to doing since going to Sacred Heart Catholic School and I kind of miss it this summer!!! It was also fun to see and play with some of the kids at school. My favorite thing was the last day, getting to see the video slide show from ALL the pictures they took of us all week!

This was one of my favorite rides at Worlds of Fun! I loved getting wet! This park was amazing, but I wasn't tall enough to ride all the rides! bummer......maybe next time we go to KC.

My first Cubery Camping trip May 27, 2012

I am soooo excited to start Cub Scouts!!! I attended the Cubery over Memorial Weekend in McCall. My buddy from school, Jeremy, was there and showed me the ropes! It was lots of fun! I can't wait to begin earning my badges!!!!

Broken arm #2 - May 6, 2012

So, I broke my arm last summer and now here I am.....again with the same arm in a striped cast. (Red and Blue - of course) I was climbing a large plastic bin with three drawers and wheels....and by golly, it slipped out from under me. The funny part, I was buck naked!!!!! Mommy was doing laundry and I had just taken my clothes off to put in the wash and instead of going to put clothes on, I decided to climb. Silly me! It sure hurt - worse than when I broke my arm last year. Here is a picture of me the night I broke it.

But, the story gets even better......I went to the doctor the next day and he told me how tough I was. He said he was going to give me a shot with medicine that would make me not feel my arm for a little while. I think they call the medicine Lidocaine. I was a little scared, but Mommy was right next to me. So that made me feel better. The doctor said he had to "reduce" the bone, whatever that means. He went in to do it and before I knew it I woke up in an ambulance....WHAT???? Then I fell asleep again and woke up in the hospital with all the wires connected to me....here's a picture.

So, they tell me my brain went a little haywire when the doctor gave me the medicine. I was a little (ok a lot) scared, but after the let me go home, I was fine and ready to go to T-ball practice. But, they told me I slept through t-ball that day. Darn!! They were using words like seizure and clonic tonic and other big words to which I don't know the meaning. I'm just glad I have my cool cast!!!! Here's a picture!

I got to stay home from school after this day! Wow, that was fun! Mommy seemed a little extra worried about me.....checking on me a lot and not wanting to leave me, that kind of thing, but things are good now.

So, Mommy's at it again.....making cakes and cupcakes...practicing to make the perfect cake for my birthday. She is great! I love her ideas, but I came up with the best theme to tie together the two things I love the most right now....Sonic and Swimming!

So, I'm calling my 6th birthday the Sonic Splash! Mommy wanted to put the theme (Sonic) and the activity (swimming) into one theme.....I told her "Sonic Splash" and she loved it. Of course, she already had the invitations made, but oh well. It's does not have to be perfect. Now for the pictures of the ideas for the cake she has.....

More birthday planning

So, Mommy's at it again.....making cakes and cupcakes...practicing to make the perfect cake for my birthday. She is great! I love her ideas, but I came up with the best theme to tie together the two things I love the most right now....Sonic and Swimming!

So, I'm calling my 6th birthday the Sonic Splash! Mommy wanted to put the theme (Sonic) and the activity (swimming) into one theme.....I told her "Sonic Splash" and she loved it. Of course, she already had the invitations made, but oh well. It's does not have to be perfect. Now for the pictures of the ideas for the cake she has.....






So she is thinking about doing a pool....see the pool picture with sesame street people in the pool. She wants to find the sonic figurines to stick in a pool....then you have my sonic splash theme in a cake! I think the sonic cake is cool. Who knows what it will be.....it will be a surprise for me. I guess that's what she wants anyway.

Three weeks until my 6th Birthday party!

So, I told my mommy that I want a sonic swimming party!! She is working hard to prepare the best birthday celebration ever! She knows that I loooove Sonic right now - last year it was Mario, this year it's sonic! Of course, I still love Mario, but I want to give Sonic a fair chance in my life as I did Mario. So, mommy and I have been searching for the perfect pictures for my cake!

Then I know she has already bought the plates and napkins for eating of the yummy cake...I saw the boxes come in the mail. I helped her pick those out too.




I know she is working hard to find the best "goodie bags" for my friends. She likes to be creative and trying to find inexpensive things my friends will enjoy, but things that she does not consider "junk." She has the bags ready, but we are doing to decorate the bags for each friend. Mommy is really insistent that everything match the Sonic theme I have chosen. All in all....I just know it will be a great birthday....they always are. As for my outfit - well, she has that covered too.

So, I can't wait for my party and a special day to spend with my friends and family! I love birthdays and especially when they are mine!!!

Sledding and more fun things in the Mountains!

First you need snow to go sledding.......I got up this morning and sure enough it was snowing and there was plenty left on the ground outside. Next, let's try out the sled on a steady surface....check! Good to go! Next - must have the proper gear for sledding - it can be challenging to get the proper gear ready for on trip when you need summer and winter things! BUT, my mommy had no trouble getting her ducks in a row! Next......dress and be warm.....ready for the sledding! yahooooooooo

Weekend in the Mountains!!!

So have I mentioned how much I love my family and being with my family? I especially love it when we go to the cabin in the mountains! It's so peaceful and quiet. This particular trip was cold and snowy - even MORE fun! I started my mini-vaca with arriving to snow on Friday night! My mommy made my FAVORITE dinner - spaghetti with meatballs!
