When Elmo Grows Up - Portland, OR - Mother's Day Weekend

Last year.....this year!

Hi everyone!

What a day..................I got scratched in the face at daycare today. But, I was brave and the teacher never even saw it happen. But I told mommy that "Braeton did it"!!! I'm ok, but do have little markes on my face, hopefully they will go away soon!

Home sweet home!

I'm home from my weekend in Portland and I sure had fun. But, mommy thought it was a long weekend. Elmo was soooo much fun. I was just in an awe about seeing him so close up. I got a new stuffed Giraffe who I call Cow - from the Portland zoo! He's so soft and neat!

The zoo was fun seeing the tall giraffe and big elephants!! I wish we would get them here in Boise. Mommy say's we will be getting a Giraffe soon. Yeah!

I'm starting to do things that mommy laughs often about....like she will ask me "what do you want for dinner?" I will then say... "uhmmmm" while I think about it! She thinks it's funny, so of course I continue to do it to make her laugh.

I'm also still moving furnature around the house and talking up a storm.... I've started to say "Oh, gosh." I learned that one in daycare... :-) It's fun to say new things!

Today's the BIG DAY!!!!!! Elmo in Portland!!!!

Today I'm getting on the plane and flying to Portland to see Elmo Grows up!!!! Then I'm going to the zoo and I'm going to ride a toot toot!!! I'm so excited I could hardley stand it last night! I will post pictures after we get home!

Learning to feed the Kitty Cats

Here I am giving water to the kitty cats! That was a fun day!!!

Gardening

Here I am planting flowers at the side of our house.....we did this last weekenddd and it was sooooooooooo much fun!! But, we've had to go out and cover them in blankets at night so they don't get cold!!! I didn't know that flowers got cold at night!!

The picture of me and the Idaho map was out picnic at Lucky Pete's the same day we planted flowers. I didn't get to play on the beach sand because it was not open yet - I guess they thought it was too cold???? Oh, well.....I had fun running around on top of the mountain!

Climbing

I went to the park yesterday and climbed this big thing. It was lots of fun - I was really good at climing all the way to the top and didn't even thin about falling. :-)

Mommy's uploading all of Aprilpicture - So, I'll post the highlights in a little while! It was a fun month - but May will be even better because I'm going to Portland next weekend to see 'When Elmo grows up.'
